Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Gati Logistics Packers And Movers Gurgaon.
By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Service Scope
We provide packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and optional unpacking services.
The scope of work is strictly limited to what is agreed upon at the time of booking.
Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received.
- All details provided by the customer must be accurate and complete.
- Any last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
Pricing & Payments
- All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.
- Final cost may vary if there are changes in volume, distance, or service requirements.
- Full payment must be cleared before delivery of goods.
- We reserve the right to hold goods until payment is completed.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are properly declared before the move.
- Do not include hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items.
- Take care of personal valuables such as cash, jewelry, and documents.
- Provide proper access, parking, and permissions at both locations.
Transit Time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delays do not qualify for compensation.
Damage & Liability
- We take utmost care in handling goods, but minor scratches or wear may occur during transit.
- We are not liable for damages to fragile or self-packed items.
- Compensation, if applicable, is limited to a reasonable assessed value, not the original purchase cost.
- Insurance must be opted separately if full coverage is required.
Insurance
Transit insurance is optional and must be requested at the time of booking.
Without insurance, claims for damage or loss will be limited and subject to company discretion.
Delays & Uncontrollable Events
We are not responsible for delays or failure of service caused by events beyond our control,
including natural disasters, road conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
- Advance payment is non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.
- Any refund, if applicable, will be processed at the company’s discretion.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:
- Incorrect or misleading information is provided
- Unsafe or illegal items are included
- Working conditions are hazardous for our staff
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon courts only.
Policy Updates
